We also work with Trade Promotion Organisations, Regional Development Agencies and Chambers of Industry and Commerce to provide services such as the organisation of trade missions and other business co-operation events.

About Us

Procurus was established in April 2004 in response to the growing demand from overseas companies and trade promotion agencies for market information, market intelligence and practical on the ground market entry and market development support in Turkey.

We are an internationalisation services company with a range of value added services designed for enterprises eager to establish or expand their business in Turkey. We also work with Trade Promotion Organisations such as Regional Development Agencies and Chambers of Industry and Commerce to provide services such as the organisation of trade missions and other business co-operation events.

David FenningDavid Fenning - Managing Partner : Graduate of the National University of Ireland in international marketing. Specialisation in the internationalisation of SMEs in the private sector and donor-funded technical assistance projects with particular expertise in export market entry planning and export development. Former Manager of long term SME and Export Development projects in Russia, Egypt, Cyprus, The Czech Republic, China, Swaziland, South Africa, Zambia and Bangladesh. Conducted short term assignments in more than 25 countries. Former EU Co-Director of the EU-Turkey Business Centre in Izmir, Turkey.

Ebru EltutarEbru Eltutar - Partner : Graduate of Bosphorus University, Istanbul with a B.A. in Tourism Administration. Specialisation in internationalisation of SMEs with particular expertise in export marketing, trade information, market research, trade mission organisation, distributor identification and management of strategic export marketing groups. In-depth knowledge of Turkish Government Institutions and Trade Promotion Organisations. Two years experience as an export consultant with the EU funded Business Centre in Izmir, Turkey and four years as an EU and Foreign Relations expert with EBSO, the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry in Izmir, Turkey. Native Turkish speaker, fluent in English.
